White House Black Market in Cumming, GA seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a seamless customer experience, and building community connections. This role fosters a welcoming environment reflecting our culture of hospitality on the sales floor.

You'll drive sales, coach associates, manage inventory, and execute store operations with an omni-channel approach, while upholding brand standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
