Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a customer-centered experience and build community connections.
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving the store's financial goals.
• Hire, develop, and coach associates; lead by example on the sales floor.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Oversee inventory management, daily replenishment, and inventories.

• Support in-store events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
