Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store in Melbourne, FL. You will help manage operations, coach team members, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting financial goals.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program, with opportunities for growth into management roles and ongoing development within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship through Panda leadership program.
• Support scheduling, hiring, and supervision to maintain store performance.
