Panda Restaurant Group in California is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing of associates, and achieving financial and guest experience goals. A 3+ week Store Leadership Training program is provided to prepare you for success.

You’ll work a flexible schedule, with opportunities for growth into management, a competitive hourly pay range, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in and complete store leadership training program.
