Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store and guide a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll participate in a multi-week leadership training program and play a key role in hiring, scheduling, and coaching to drive store success.

You will be part of a comprehensive benefits package and have opportunities for growth into management positions, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the multi-week Store Leadership Training program.
• Support achievement of store goals and financial targets while maintaining Panda standards.
