Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial and guest service goals while delivering an exceptional dining experience.

New leaders receive over three weeks of leadership training and ongoing development. This role is based in California and includes a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
