• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor team members to deliver consistent service and uphold Panda standards.
• Coordinate with store leadership to complete training and development initiatives for staff.
