Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

You will hire, coach and direct associates, manage daily shifts (opening/closing), coordinate scheduling, monitor performance against goals, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
