Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of previous management experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Manager in running the location and achieving sales and cost targets.
• Direct store activities in the absence of the Center Manager and manage associates.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance of staff.
• Support sales and service teams and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Promote products and services while focusing on customer service and safety.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and handle safe operations and asset control.
• Lead by example and participate in career development efforts.
