AT&T in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager and oversee daily store operations, merchandising, product launches, and customer experiences. You will drive sales and lead in-store initiatives to deliver outstanding service.
You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, lead outreach activities, and participate in best-in-class training programs to develop leadership skills and career growth.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
