Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, customer service, and daily leadership on every shift.

You will run registers, coach staff, manage scheduling, oversee inventory and merchandising, and cover for the Store Manager as needed. Open availability, weekends and holidays required.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.

• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.
