GPM Investments, LLC in Delaware seeks an Assistant Manager for our fast-paced convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, and help hire and train staff while stepping in as acting manager when needed to maintain excellent customer service.

This role requires open availability for weekends and holidays, 21+ years old, and the ability to obtain a Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle and insurance for bank deposits.
• Minimum age 21+.

• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.
