Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our fast-market location in Sierra Vista, AZ. You will support store operations, customer service, and team leadership across second and third shifts.

This role offers weekly pay, a monthly bonus potential, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, health coverage, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months. Open availability, reliability, and a Food Safety Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Open weekends, holidays and likely second/third shifts.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to perform physical tasks like cleaning and stocking.
• Proficient English communication and basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate teammates to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering and merchandising to keep shelves stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Handle daily cash, deposits and store financials.
