GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy Richmond, VA convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach the team, and help sustain daily operations across customer service, inventory, and merchandising.

Open availability is required to cover weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts. You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be 21+.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for deposits.
• Physical readiness for cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining exterior areas such as pumps.
• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Proficient English with basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain) within onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.

• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
