Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 4525 in Milwaukee, WI. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, handle the register, and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service and strong store performance.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shift work. Candidates should be 21+ with reliable transportation and a Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain one).

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to perform store tasks (cleaning, stocking, pumps, etc.).
• Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old.
• Strong communication skills and basic math ability.
• Willing to learn and develop in retail leadership roles.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate a team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
