GPM Investments’ Admiral store in Coldwater, MI is hiring an Assistant Manager. The role leads store operations, assists customers, and supports the Store Manager on a fast-paced shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Physically able to perform cleaning, restrooms, pumping areas, and outdoor tasks.
• Minimum age 18+ required.
• Proficient English communication and basic math.
• Willing to learn and obtain Food Safety Certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store finances.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: 18+ years old
