GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our convenience store in Oklahoma City. You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding safety and accuracy in cash handling.

The role requires open weekend/holiday availability, strong communication, and a drive to grow into store leadership. A Food Safety Certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Available weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong English communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.

What You’ll Do
