GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy convenience store running smoothly on every shift. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, assist with hiring and training, and step in as acting manager when needed.

This role requires open weekend/holiday availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a Food Safety Certification. Weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, and a clear path to store leadership await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Be able to obtain/maintain a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
