Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Albuquerque is seeking a motivated store leadership candidate to support the General Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest service. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding new team members, inventory control, maintaining store cleanliness, and coordinating deliveries while handling additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
