Domino's Team BAM! in Port Aransas, TX is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as store operations leaders. You will support the General Manager, supervise crew, and help maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, inventory management, ensuring cleanliness, coordinating deliveries, and fostering a cohesive, productive team. This is a full-time role requiring reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability required.
• Previous management and/or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and ability to build cohesive teams.

Responsibilities

• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
