Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Aransas Pass, TX is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily operations and maintaining Domino's standards.

You will supervise staff, assist with interviewing and onboarding, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate deliveries while delivering friendly customer service and building cohesive teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
