Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will help run standards, count inventory, maintain cleanliness, supervise employees, and assist with interviewing and onboarding new hires.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to motivate teams with minimal supervision. This is a full-time role based at our Texas store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
