Job summary

Domino's is seeking a friendly, motivated team member to join our Domino's Team BAM! in Dallas as a store manager assistant. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead staff, and uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have prior management or QSR experience, can motivate teams, and communicate effectively. This on-site role offers growth, bonus potential, and benefits options as part of our team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
