Domino's Team BAM! is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team at our Domino's location in Las Cruces, NM. The role focuses on assisting the store's General Manager in daily operations and team supervision.

Ideal candidates bring prior management or fast-food experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while developing cohesive teams. Full-time availability is required and reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.
• Full-Time availability is required.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and

• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Full-Time work availability
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
