Domino's Team BAM! in Bonham, TX is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to support store leadership. You will assist the General Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, hire and onboard, and help maintain standards to deliver great customer experiences.

This full-time role includes bonus potential, paid time off, medical and dental insurance, a 401K plan, employee discounts and opportunities for advancement within the Domino's team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available for full-time schedule.
• Prior management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Full-Time work availability
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
