Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a motivated individual to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager and help drive operational standards.

You will count inventory, supervise staff, interview and onboard new team members, and ensure the store and equipment meet company cleanliness and maintenance expectations while rotating commissary deliveries and handling other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
