Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Tyler, TX is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team. You will provide managerial support to the store's General Manager, help implement operating standards, and contribute to a clean, efficient store environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, supervising staff, interviewing and onboarding new team members, and maintaining equipment. Full-time availability and a self-motivated attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
