Job summary

Domino's is seeking a motivated individual to assist the General Manager in operating standards and daily store tasks. You will help supervise staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, efficient store environment in this full-time role in Roswell, AL.

The ideal candidate brings prior management or quick-service restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision to build cohesive teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Full-Time work availability
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
