A leading healthcare provider seeks an Assistant Manager for Sterile Reprocessing to support operations within the department. This role encompasses leadership of the SRP Technician team, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and significant experience in a similar role, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
The Assistant Manager for Sterile Reprocessing (SRP) supports the SRP Manager in the strategic planning and management of human and fiscal resources within the Sterile Processing Department. This role ensures departmental operations align with all applicable regulatory standards to provide safe, ethical, and high-quality surgical instrumentation.
The Assistant Manager is directly responsible for the optimal daily functioning of the department, ensuring that all operating room (OR) cases are properly prepared and supported in a timely manner. This includes maintaining exceptional customer service standards and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager also provides leadership and oversight to the SRP Technician team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In all aspects of their role, the Assistant Manager consistently demonstrates and promotes Trinity Health’s core values in service to colleagues, patients, and the broader healthcare team.

Compensation:
Pay range: $25.71 hr.- $41.14 hr.
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
