Job summary

Diamond Baseball Holdings is seeking an Assistant Manager, Stadium Operations for Pinnacle Park. You will oversee maintenance, manage contractors, assist in event prep and ensure clean, safe facilities for game days and events.

You will recruit, hire, and train game day staff, organize schedules, and coordinate with sales for sponsorship signage. A strong work ethic and team-focused attitude are essential in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in building maintenance, janitorial services or stadium operations.
• Strong communication skills and background in event/entertainment.
• Creative, detail oriented and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Honesty and strong attention to detail; able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stadium maintenance and operations for Pinnacle Park.
• Coordinate with contractors (plumbing, electrical, cleaners) for quality control.
• Assist in event preparation and daily stadium operations.
• Oversee daily cleaning of concourses and high-traffic areas.
• Assist with shipments and organize storage areas, manage materials inventory.
• Assist sales teams with banners and signs installation.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring and training of game day staff.
• Develop staff schedules and organize daily/weekly workloads.
• Assist grounds crew as needed; support a high-energy team environment.
