LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 0822-Springfield Mall in Springfield, PA. You will support customer experience and shape store culture, acting as a leader on the sales floor and coaching associates to create genuine customer connections.

About the role

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates. The impact you can have In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
