Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service in a retail setting.
• Experience in training staff.
• Experience in spa management (Highly Preferred).
• Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred).
• Strong administrative/back office skills (Required).

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager drives sales goals, builds teams, develops talent, motivates team, provides an amazing customer experience.
• Acts as the connector between leadership, team members and clients, leading location-wide initiatives.
• Supports the General Manager with overseeing day-to-day operations of the location.
