A day in the life…
Demonstrate ownership of disciplines and process adoption with technology and innovation to enhance the customer experience.
Assist the Service Experience Manager in coaching an interactive team of specialists who drive education efforts through influence and coaching to ensure the adoption of new behaviors and processes.
Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to lead and integrate change that promotes customer-driven initiatives.
Assist with financial aspects and budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement within the organization.
Help protect the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and issue resolution.
Perform all Service Experience, Cash Room, and Communication procedures as applicable.

Strong organizational, delegation, and follow-through skills.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay ranges are provided in compliance with state laws and may vary by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay offers depend on these factors.
Position salary: $19.25 - $30.75 per hour. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
