Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Service Experience Manager to coach a team of specialists and support customer-focused initiatives within a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with merchandising and store teams to implement new behaviors and processes that enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will show leadership ambition, a track record of results, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
