Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager in Towson, MD to lead a team on the shop floor, coach associates, and drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, partner with the department manager on business plans, and uphold merchandising standards to maximize department results.

• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment
• The ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department and store managers, divisional retail merchandiser and other leaders
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range Details

Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$20.75 - $27.00 Hourly
