Nordstrom is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager to drive sales through directive selling and team leadership while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, align on business plans, coach for top performance, and maintain merchandising standards on the floor. This role emphasizes active selling, inventory accuracy, and building customer loyalty daily.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving sales results, with strong productivity and personal trade.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department/store managers and leaders.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay Range Details

Pay ranges may be different for other locations.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$16.50 - $24.25 Hourly
