Ideal candidates bring basic computer skills and a customer-focused attitude, with a high school diploma and a willingness to travel for training. Prior retail or service industry experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Must have a Real ID or Passport for air travel.
• Prior retail, hospitality, restaurant, or self-storage experience is a plus — not required.
• Comfortable with basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy at the facility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service — phone, walk-in, and online inquiries.
• Show, rent, and clean units; sell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage delinquencies through scheduled outreach (calls, letters, invoices).
• Handle daily office operations: open/close, petty cash, bank deposits, reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property — including light maintenance, lock checks, and daily inspections.
• Assist with auction prep as required by law.
• Maintain organized tenant documentation.
