Zaxby’s in Apex is seeking energetic restaurant management personnel for both full-time and part-time roles. You will lead shift teams, manage inventory and costs, handle cash, and ensure high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week (if part-time).

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily management of shift personnel including cashiers and cooks.
• Oversee inventory to manage food costs and ensure product availability.
• Balance daily cash drawers and oversee store cash handling.
• Lead and develop team by example and coach performance.
• Ensure orders are accurate and guest transactions are smooth.
• Maintain clean, safe, welcoming environment and uphold brand standards.
• Assist with scheduling staff to cover shifts and meet budget goals.
• Adapt to promotions and ensure guest satisfaction.

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements including:

• Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave

• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts

• Clean and maintain guest areas, including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior

Capabilities Requirement:

• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management: the management of food costs.

• Hiring and scheduling staff to provide a quality guest experience while managing labor expense.
• Ensure that daily cash drawers, safe, and credit cards are balanced.
