About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team, helping to bring our brand to life for our customers. You are responsible for driving profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store, including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You support the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals. Collaborating with your General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, you will teach and coach behaviors to Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to cultivate a high-performing team that delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do
  1. Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
  2. Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
  3. Own your assigned area of responsibility.
  4. Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
  5. Perform Service Leader duties.
  6. Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
  7. Represent the brand, understanding the competition and retail landscape.
  8. Promote community involvement.
  9. Leverage omni-channel strategies to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  10. Ensure all compliance standards are met.
Who You Are
  • A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience.
  • A high school graduate or equivalent.
  • A good communicator who can effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
  • Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven by metrics to deliver results and meet business goals.
  • Determined to lead and inspire others through coaching and mentoring.
  • Flexible to work a schedule that includes holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed.
  • Proficient in utilizing retail technology.
  • Capable of maneuvering around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to travel as required.
