Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager (AM) to lead store operations, coach the team, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll work on the front lines, help run daily functions, and contribute to a fun, fast-paced environment.

As a leader, you’ll monitor performance, maintain product knowledge, and keep the store neat and inviting. The role calls for weekend availability and a passion for footwear, service, and growth within Shoe Palace’s growing family.

Qualifications

• 4 years in customer service required.
• 1 year management preferred.
• 3 years cashier preferred.

• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills

• Must be driven!

• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

• Experience working with a growing company
