Shoe Palace in the United States is seeking a Store Assistant Manager who can lead a dynamic team and ensure every customer receives the best experience. You will assist the manager, take ownership, and keep the store running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service background, is outgoing, and available weekends. You will coach staff, maintain product knowledge, and drive a high-energy, organized store environment.

About you…

• 18+ years old

• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills

• Must be driven!

• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

• Experience working with a growing company
