Job summary

Rent‑A‑Center in Topeka, Kansas is seeking a full-time associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will complete rental agreements, prospect for new business, and provide white-glove service in-store and at customers’ homes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn the business. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move products are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record—driving company vehicles may be required.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
