Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a store associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will complete rental agreements, prospect new customers, and provide friendly, attentive service in-store and in customers' homes.

You will handle deliveries and pickups, maintain merchandising standards, and follow safety procedures while representing a well-known national brand. Training and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: loading/unloading and installation of products following safety procedures.

What will you do?

• Sales: Responsible for sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers

• Deliveries & Pickups: Opportunity to get out of the store and display a winning spirit through safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, while following all handling and transportation procedures
