Job Summary: The Assistant Manager - Next Level Lounge plays a pivotal role in driving beverage sales and profitability for Fogo’s bar and lounge experience. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance guest engagement, maximize revenue, and elevate the overall lounge experience. Collaborating closely with restaurant management, vendors, and suppliers, the Lounge Manager will lead initiatives that align with our brand and business goals.

Education, Experience & Travel Requirements:
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
