Job summary

Get It Now is seeking an Assistant Manager in Wisconsin to drive sales, deliver excellent customer experiences, and support deliveries and merchandising in-store and in customers' homes.

The role requires 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience, a high school diploma, 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift and move heavy items. We offer a consistent full-time schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record -- You WILL be driving the company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sales: grow revenue through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch service with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in compliance with procedures
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers
