A franchise restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Lexington, North Carolina. You will assist in leading a team to provide outstanding guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence, managing finances, and fostering high standards of quality and safety. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, be ServSafe certified, and be able to work in varied temperature conditions. Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
