You will schedule staff, monitor food safety, control costs, train new managers, and ensure compliance with policies. Requires 2–3 years of restaurant management and Serve Safe certifications; compensation ranges $15.38 to $26.44 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit.
• Cultivates a culture in accordance with Flynn Applebee's Premier Card of our core values and beliefs.
• Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints to self and staff.
• Promotes and leads restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Promotes Flynn Applebee's training procedures for new managers.
• Helps maintain a trained staff through effective use of employment orientation and training systems.
• Assesses the efficiency of employees and provides fair feedback on a regular basis.

Education

Restaurant management experience (2-3 years)
