Beef O Brady's Panama City Beach is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, family-oriented sports pub setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in full-service restaurant management, are 21+, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available across our franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a full-service, casual restaurant management position.
• Minimum 21 years or older.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
