Requirements:

• Over 1 year of restaurant management experience
• Over 1 year managing operations with annual sales of over $1 million
• Experience with budgets and P&L statements
• Supervisory experience with 5-10 employees
• Proven record of quality and cleanliness
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Intermediate PC skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
