Marcus Theatres in Brookfield is seeking an Assistant Manager for a part-time role starting at $15 per hour. You will lead a team, coach associates, and ensure exceptional guest service in a busy, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional service

• Assist with hiring, onboarding and development of team
• Monitor KPIs to drive guest satisfaction and results
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and traffic
• Follow guidance from theater and corporate management teams
